1 LB Pecans
1 Egg White
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Cinnamon
- Whisk Egg White in bowl until frothy.
- Stir in Sugars and Cinnamon
- Toss in Pecans until well coated.
- Spread on Parchment paper lined cookie sheet
- Smoke with Hickory at 225 stirring every 10 minutes until mixture is dry.
- Best served warm.
- Can also be used for other types of nuts.
